How do I set up my Navi-Gate GPS account?

To set up your account , you'll need your Member ID. It's located on the prescription benefits card provided by your employer. Simply enter your Member ID and birth date to get started.

If you don't have your member ID handy, simply call the number below and we'll help get you set up.
